ClearForward is running three demonstration events across Canada in October 2027, using real cases from participating practices. Submit a case and your patient receives a complete, orthodontist-led aligner treatment, planning through to the final aligner set, at no cost. Only 15 cases will be accepted in total across all practices, and you can submit more than one. Once 15 are filled, registration and submission close. This program is open only to dental practices located in Canada.

Register on the ClearForward Portal to submit cases, track progress, and communicate directly with our clinical team.

Submit your case

Upload patient records through the portal using standard clinical file formats: scans, photographs, radiographs, and records.

Treatment planning

Our orthodontic team reviews the case and prepares a comprehensive treatment plan, including staging and attachments.

Approve the plan

Review the proposed plan and approve it, or request adjustments. Nothing moves to manufacturing without your sign-off.

Manufacturing

Once approved, aligners are produced by ClearForward's manufacturing partner using validated production processes.

Delivery to your practice

Finished aligners ship directly to your practice, ready for patient delivery at the planned appointment.
