The principles matter more than the brand.
Most aligner training is built around software. Which buttons to click, which settings to choose, which screen comes next. That knowledge has its place, but it stops working the moment a case does not behave the way it was supposed to.
What carries over from case to case, and from system to system, is an understanding of how the appliance actually moves teeth. Why a movement tracks or does not track. Where the force comes from, and what has to be in place for it to work. Once that is clear, the small decisions become easier to make, and easier to explain to the patient.
This session is built around ten of those decisions. Practical, specific, and useful whether you are treating your first aligner cases or your five hundredth. You will learn what to do, when to do it, and why it matters.

Your speaker
Dr. Stéphane Reinhardt, DMD
Director of Education · The CLEAR Institute
Dr. Reinhardt has practised dentistry since 1992 and brought clear aligners into his practice in Québec in 2004. Aligner orthodontics has been his focus ever since, and his clinical work is now dedicated entirely to aligner patients. In 2015 he became the first Canadian dentist to win the Invisalign Summit Shootout in Las Vegas.
Today he spends most of his professional time teaching and coaching dentists around the world. He is a faculty member at Case Western Reserve University, an international lecturer and a published author, known for making complex orthodontic concepts practical and easy to apply in daily practice.
As Director of Education at The CLEAR Institute, he leads the organisation's education programmes, live courses and webinars, and has helped clinicians in many countries treat aligner cases with more confidence.
