What Treatment Plan Optimization® includes
With Treatment Plan Optimization® (TPO), our team works on the plan your aligner system creates. We check every stage and change anything that would stop the case from finishing as planned.
Diagnosis
A diagnosis with notes, the means of treatment and the clinical points to watch.
Movements and staging
We remove movements the case does not need. We stage the others so the teeth can follow the plan.
Attachments and IPR
We adjust attachments and IPR to what the case needs. We remove the ones that are not needed and add the right ones.
Communication with technicians
We handle the communication with your aligner system’s technicians for you. This is where you save the most time.
A plan ready for approval
You receive a plan you can open, review and approve in your own time.

Our clinical team plans the case
We check the records, make or confirm the diagnosis and optimise the plan. If the scan and the photos show a different bite, we confirm it with you before we plan.
You review and approve
The plan comes back to you in 48 to 72 hours, ready for your approval.
Before your first case, we have a short onboarding call and set up your ClearForward account. After that, every case follows the same three steps.
