Terms and Conditions
Canada Demonstration Days
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotional program “Canada Demonstration Days” (the “Program”) provided by ClearForward to dental practices located in Canada. By registering for or submitting a case to the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Program Definition and Benefits
ClearForward is hosting demonstration events across Canada in October 2027, using real cases submitted by participating dental practices. The exact location(s) will be confirmed as soon as possible. Under the Program, ClearForward provides a complete, orthodontist-led clear aligner treatment – from treatment planning through to the final aligner set – at no cost to the participating practice or patient, for cases selected and accepted into the Program.
2. Eligibility
The Program is available exclusively to dental practices that:
Are located in Canada. Practices outside Canada are not eligible.
Register their interest through the Program landing page: https://www.clear-forward.com/canada-project.
Complete the application process and receive confirmation from ClearForward of their eligibility and participation.
Create an account on the ClearForward Portal: https://portal.clear-forward.com, and submit case records through the Portal.
Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. ClearForward reserves the right to determine eligibility and approve participation at its sole discretion.
3. Program Conditions
Eligible practices may submit one or more cases for consideration. Each accepted case receives a complete aligner treatment, including treatment planning, staging, attachments, manufacturing of the aligners, and shipping, at no cost. Registering does not commit a practice to submitting a case, and submitting a case does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
4. Case Selection and Limits
A maximum of fifteen (15) cases will be accepted across all participating practices in total, on a first-come, first-served basis. A practice may submit more than one case; there is no per-practice limit on submissions, but the total number of cases accepted across the Program will not exceed fifteen (15). Registration and case submission close automatically once fifteen (15) cases have been accepted, whether or not that occurs before any advertised deadline.
5. Duration of Validity
The Program is open for registration and case submission from 2026.08.01. There is no fixed end date; ClearForward will stop accepting new registrations and case submissions as soon as fifteen (15) cases have been accepted. ClearForward will confirm to each practice in writing when a submitted case has been accepted into the Program.
6. Case Submission and Review Process
The Program follows these steps:
Create an account on the ClearForward Portal.
Submit the case, including treatment goals, scans, photographs, radiographs (optional), and other standard clinical records, through the Portal.
ClearForward reviews the submitted case to confirm eligibility and suitability for the Program.
Once the case is approved, ClearForward's orthodontic team reviews the case and prepares a treatment plan, including staging and attachments.
The practice reviews and approves the treatment plan, or requests adjustments. Nothing proceeds to manufacturing without the practice's sign-off.
Once approved, the aligners are produced by ClearForward's manufacturing partner.
The finished aligners are shipped directly to the practice for patient delivery.
7. Patient Data and Use of Case Materials
All patient data submitted for the purposes of the Program is processed in accordance with ClearForward's standard data protection practices. Case materials used by ClearForward in connection with the demonstration events are fully anonymised prior to any external presentation, publication, or marketing use. By submitting a case to the Program, the practice confirms that it has obtained the patient's consent for participation in the Program and for ClearForward's anonymised use of the case materials as described in these Terms; no additional separate written consent from the practice or patient is required.
8. Usage Limits
The Program offer cannot be combined with other discounts, incentives, or promotions. Acceptance of a case into the Program is at ClearForward's sole discretion and does not create an entitlement to acceptance of any further case submitted by the same practice.
9. Legal and Compliance
ClearForward reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, including the number of cases accepted or the participating events, if circumstances require. Participation in the Program does not constitute a guarantee of specific clinical outcomes; all treatment plans remain subject to clinical review and approval by the practice.
